One Madrid's elected representante, Reyes Montel, was asked not to use Twitter anymore while the Assembly is in session. Reyes Montel wrote in her blog on March the fourth that she could use her cell phone to send SMS, or a regular phone, and even post on her blog about the discussion at the Assembly. But, Twitter, no way Jose.
According to her, this is a flagrant lack of transparency and pure ignorance.
Fortunately, on today, she posted that she had no problem twittering during the session.
